Queen's View

Pitlochry PH16 5NR, UK – 01350 727284

Probably one of the best views in all of Scotland. You will be hard pressed to find such a stunning viewpoint. Named after Queen Victoria's and Queen Isabella's visit there.

It's a fine view, and I suppose many will think it is the best. However, there are better sights to be seen where Queens don't tread, and many of those viewpoints can be seen from the Queen's View itself! This very short walk is a decent introduction to Tay Forest Park. Stop here, have some lunch, check out the sights and plot your next stop. If you don't stop for food or the shop, this is a place that is easily done with in 15 minutes, which may make you think twice about the £2 parking fee.

Enchanted Forest, Pitlochry

Loch Dunmore Faskally Wood, Pitlochry PH16 5LB, UK – 0871 288 7655

The enchanted forest was AMAZING. You get to walk round at your own pace without any hassle. Hot Chocolate and Tea half way round went down a treat. The lights in the show were spectacular and the sound also good too. One of the best shows i have been to. Definitely going back next year!!

Well named, enchanting for all ages. Fabulous dancing water displays with light and music. Would recommend to anyone Boom early as tickets sell out quickly

Lovely bridge with marvellous views. Bungee jumping available. Excellent walking trails along the river bank.

Free parking and a few good long trails to hit. I walked some and trail ran some. Great I even saw a snake!
